What products can you customize?
We customize apparel including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and hats, along with many promotional and non-apparel items. The material, shape and design determine which decoration options are suitable. Share your item details so we can review feasibility.
When will I receive my order?
Timing depends on item availability, project quantity, artwork and decoration requirements. Include your needed-by date in your quote request. We’ll review your timeframe and provide an estimated schedule during the quote process. Your quote and artwork are approved before payment arrangements.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Share your artwork and desired placement when requesting a quote. We’ll review whether the file is suitable for the chosen item and let you know if adjustments are needed. Email your artwork to [email protected] and include your quote reference number. Artwork is sent separately; this website does not accept file uploads.
What about emblems and patches?
Ask us about full-color embossed emblems, leather patches and 3D embroidered patches. We’ll review the item, design and available options for your project.
Where are you located, and where do you serve customers?
We are based in North Georgia, just outside Chattanooga, and serve customers throughout the continental United States. Our current customers include organizations and individuals in Pennsylvania, California, Washington, Michigan and other states.
How do I request a quote?
Tell us your item type, quantity, sizes, color, preferred brand, graphic placement, artwork details and timeframe. Requests are not orders. We verify availability and feasibility before final pricing; quote and artwork approval come before payment arrangements.
